About Sara Øllgaard

Since 2017, Sara Øllgaard has worked as a self-employed consultant, facilitator, educator and coach. She specialises in developing leaders and teams who want to create real change – both strategically and humanly. 
 
The company offer services in the field between sustainable leadership, change management and inner development / regenerative leadership – specialised in strengthening the human capacities required to navigate complexity and lead purpose-driven transformation with clarity, courage and care.

With over 20 years’ experience in leadership and team development, coaching and facilitation, Sara tailors her approach to meet the needs of each company she meets. She delivers a wide range of courses, workshops and train-the-trainer sessions, as well as facilitating sessions. See Services
 
She teaches sustainable leadership and has most recently developed the leadership toolbox, Inner Development Kit, inspired by the Inner Development Goals. The tools help leaders and teams across the globe to translate inner strengths into outer action. 
 
Sara holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Leadership, a MiniMBA in sustainable strategy and change management, is a certified KaosPilot, a CTI certified coach and team coach, and recently she certified as an Ambassador for Inner Development Goals.
